Reservations and Payments: Guests must make a reservation and provide a deposit of 50% to secure their stay. The balance of the payment is due on arrival. This website accept online banking & cash payments upon arrival.
Cancellation Policy: If a guest needs to cancel their reservation, they must do so at least 5 days before the scheduled arrival date to receive a full refund of their deposit. Cancellations made within 5 days of the arrival date will not be eligible for a refund.
Occupancy: The number of guests staying in the property must not exceed the number stated on the reservation.
Smoking: Smoking is not permitted inside the property. Guests who smoke must do so outside, away from doors and windows.
Damage: Guests are responsible for any damage or loss caused to the property during their stay. Any damage or loss must be reported to the owner immediately.
Property Maintenance: The property will be cleaned and prepared for each guest’s arrival. Guests are expected to leave the property in a clean and tidy condition at the end of their stay.
Check-in and Check-out: The property will be available for check-in from 2:30 PM on the arrival date. Guests must check out by 12:00 PM on the departure date.
Liability: The owner is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage to guests or their personal property during their stay.
Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which the property is located.
Entire Agreement: These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between the owner and the guest and supersede any prior agreements or understandings, whether oral or written.
